19 month old - Could she have trich?

My daughter is only 19 months but since she has been one she’s been progressively pulling out her hair. At one time she had a full head of hair, and now her hair is down to the point where you can see her scalp. It breaks my heart, and I am at a loss at what to do? I’ve tried everything to intervene. I hate that she can’t communicate to me what’s going on!

I’m open to any suggestion to solve this issue or simply gain more knowledge.

Have you recieved any advice. My daughter is also 19 months and in the last week has destroyed one side of her head. I dont know what to do.
