Hi WhysanWhats
I recognize you are looking for personal experiences with the therapy program and I hope some folks will respond to your question, However if you have any specific questions about the program itself and what it entails, please do not hesitate to ask and I will happily respond to the best of my ability.

Yes I would like to hear from other people who used the program. And maybe you have some success statistics of using the program? Thanks!
I am not the only therapist here and cannot comment on the success rate the others have had. From my own experience, I currently have active clients engaging with the program so we won't know the success till they have completed and provided feedback, but it is looking very positive with all who have remained actively engaged. I have 2 clients who completed the program, one stopped pulling completely, the other still pulls but with significant reduction in frequency. Although described as an 8 week program, this refers more to the minimum period as it is recommended to only do one session per week. However most clients need much longer as we discuss and explore this disorder in great depth through the worksheets. When you sign up you have access to the program and your therapist as long as you need to complete through to session 8, and even then still have 8 weeks access after completing the last worksheet for followup care before your access expires. You are also able to download the worksheets with the history of your interaction with your therapist so you can always refer back to it in future if you feel you need to recap.
