Hi, I pull my lashes, eyebrows, and the hair on my scalp, I wear false lashes and draw on my eyebrows, I recently shaved the sides of my head to cover the bald patches that I pulled because I can't afford a wig, but the patches haven't been growing back..could I have permanently affected those areas?
