My daughter has Trich how can I help her

I have a 7 years old daughter and she has been playing and ends pulling her hair off. What can I do? Meds don't work. Prozac.. Zoloft.. guanfacine.. risperidone...what can I do? I thpugjt maybe thebehavioir would dissapear but ir hasnt. Please Helo!
