Trich dating and 12 steps abstinence

I’m a lifelong trich sufferer (female) and wear a wig. I dread dating someone and then have to explain the wig. Are there any dating sites? My trichotillomania has been in remission for years since I have been working the 12 steps for my alcoholism. I’ve done so much damage over the years that I’ll always have to wear a wig. For me being abstinent from alcohol seems to work for the trich as well.
