Wife is pulling and eating again.

My wife of almost 30 years is pulling and eating again. She had been pulling for a long time when I first met her over 30 years ago and her hair was short and thin. Prior to our wedding she had stopping and her hair returned (this was before anyone knew she was pulling). She had a traumatic experience as a young girl which she divulged to me after several years of marriage. Ironically it was a TV movie we were watching in which a character had trich that caused her to finally tell me and face her demons. I'm not sure how to approach her regarding the relapse. She also frequently complains about how thin her hair is becoming and states she is losing more due to age perhaps. Unfortunately, it seems her thinning hair is due to her pulling. Appreciate any advice.
