Description:
I am an Anglo-American therapist living and working in the UK in West Berkshire. I am accredited as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapists (BABCP) and a registered Counsellor with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am also a Counselling Psychology Trainee at the end of training.
I work with adults, adolescents, and families on bodily focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs) e.g. trichotillomania, skin-picking. I also can work with the other issues that may be present, e.g. general anxiety, depression, OCD, substance misuse, eating disorders, depression, panic, health anxiety, social anxiety, body dysmorphic issues, trauma, personality issues, mindfulness, long-term health conditions, learning difficulties, & the autistic spectrum.
