We utilize an interpersonal, collaborative approach to treatment using a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Habit Reversal Training, and others. Some of the clinicians are also certified Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapists trained by world renowned clinician and researcher, Edna Foa, PhD. PE is especially helpful in treating Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
